HEY. Thanks to everyone who's been coming to the booths and such. I enjoyed seeing lots of familiar faces as well as new fans and friends! Thank you x 10000 can't even describe the gratitude I have for each and every one of your encouraging words!!
For those wondering where the rest of the art is ---->
jimbobox.deviantart.com <----- is the other artist at the table! Go check him out! Sorry for the delays in putting this up!!
His icon is so funny, he gives a little preview on what piece he's about to post next! STAY TUNED I guess for this month it'll be Link!
For a bit of IRL background, I work a part time position as a teaching assistant for organic chemistry, so that takes up a good chunk of the weeks *sobs* but soon soon the summer will kick off and I will be done with my current projects from late last year and early this year. I do apologize for delays in emails but do not fret, once school is over....art things will rev into high gear once again bwahahahaha.
Thanks for the great times at Animeland Wasabi, Matsuri, TorontoCC, Emerald City CC, and Anime Detour so far this year! I look forward to the rest of the convention year stay tuned!
For all those wondering what programs we use, it's a combo platter of Photoshop, SAI, and CLIP paint pro. Obviously for studies and sketches there's charcoal, newsprint, pencil, and just plain ole printer paper. My best sketches usually end up on the back of my worksheets or handouts....so just remember, don't feel limited by the tools you have, just go out and draw!! With that said, if you can afford the cintiq by all means it's my ultraportable work solution when I'm on the road....so yep can't go wrong there *hypocricy*
